This is a great choice for those looking for a stroller that is light and easy to carry. It has all the features parents look for in a stroller. It comes with all-terrain tires and front suspension for a smooth ride. It is also extremely lightweight with a weight of less than 12 pounds. It has a simple one-hand and self-standing fold. It has two cups holders on each tray to accommodate parents and children.

The quality, however it is a bit on the low side, and it did not score well in our maneuverability tests. It has a flexible frame which makes pushing it over rough surfaces feel like lifting weights. It may be fine if you use the stroller only on sidewalks with paved surfaces. However, for most people, it’s not ideal.

The Cloud Plus features a three-tiered extended canopy with an open window that provides additional sun protection. Its multi-position seat accommodates children weighing up to 50 pounds and uses five points of safety restraint. This is a great option for older toddlers that have outgrown their infant car seats.

It’s compact and folds down in one step. It can be folded by pressing a button. It also features an easy, foot-activated break that is easy to install and release.

However, the handle is a bit lower than other strollers we tested and some parents might be uncomfortable for extended durations. It does come with a handle lock to keep it in place while open, though. This is an excellent feature if you plan to use the stroller on uneven or rough terrain.

3. Munchkin Sparrow

The Munchkin Sparrow is the ultimate stroller for parents on the move. This compact stroller is a breeze to fold up and down and easily fits in overhead compartments on planes, as well as in trunks at amusement parks (no more worrying about parking charges). It comes with a carrying bag which zips up for easy storage. It can be used with the infant car adapter from birth and provides good sun protection by utilizing its canopy. The only downside is that some parents find the look to be uninspiring and cheap.

The BabyZen Yoyo+ is a bit more expensive than the other lightweight single strollers, but it was designed specifically for luxurious urban and travel. The seat reclines almost flat for both children and adult. This is the only stroller that can be used with infants using the car seat adapter. The handlebar isn’t adjustable and could pose an issue for some parents who are taller.

The UPPAbaby Minu V2 isn’t the lightest stroller on our list, but it offers numerous wonderful features that make traveling with kids easier. Its spacious seat reclines to a pretty flat position, and has additional padding to make the naps on planes last longer. The extendable canopy offers adequate sun protection, and the parent tray has plenty of storage. It also features a spring-loaded footrest that doubles as a handle when it’s folded. The footrest, however, is prone to damage by baggage handlers.

4. Uppababy Minu V2

Uppababy’s Minu V2 is a high-end stroller that doesn’t skimp on design or quality. Its compact design allows it to easily navigate narrow sidewalks and tight spaces and its robust structure allows it to withstand rough terrain without compromising the safety of your child. Front and rear spring-action suspensions provide a more comfortable ride for both of you, while its sturdy materials ensure it can stand up to the wear and tear of everyday life without losing its shape. It can also be extended to accommodate other accessories, such as an infant car seat.

In our tests, the Minu was a breeze to fold and maneuver, even with a baby in the hand. Its squat fold, which opens into three sections is among the easiest we tested. This allows it to be easily tucked away in overhead compartments on airplanes and on public transport. It also comes with a color-coded single-action brake that’s simple to use.

The seat features a multi-position recline as well as a one-handed adjustable leg rest, making it easy to find the perfect position for your child. It’s an excellent choice for smooth surfaces. It also has a nice canopy and plenty of storage, including a large parent tray. The front wheel suspension is a little stiff and the handlebar is smaller than average, but it still provides an enjoyable ride for adults.

If you have twins or two children of different ages, you may discover that a stroller with a side-byside feature is the best way to move them around. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove. It comes with a variety of features and has a tiny footprint, so it can fit in places that other side-by-side strollers won’t.
